A Beachy Romance? Yes Please! Meet: A Picture-Perfect Boyfriend

 

Let’s just say I was ready to buy this within a couple pages of reading it at the library…😍🤩😍🤩😍📚

I cannot express this enough: Oh my STINKIN ADORBSSSSS is it NOT?!?! 🙌🏻

As the second book I have read by Becky Dean, I am here to inform yall that I AM STILL HOOKED and loving every moment! Dean is such an incredible writer. I LOVE how she writes these amazing and unique romances filled to the brim with adventure and hilarious plot elements. 🗺️🗾

✨Predictable tropes? Not with her!!✨

🌴Um and one all about exploring Hawaii?? YES! I know I loved this book so much more because Dean actually took me on a trip to the islands. I got to experience genuine amazement for the beauty of creation there, and marvel at the underwater world from where I’m sitting!! The picture here books paint is incredible, and you won’t get it until you read them! 🤷‍♀️

✍️As an aspiring author, the research bound to go into a book like this simply to make one scene cleaner, is something I can respect. 👏🏻

🧑🏼👩🏼Don’t even get me started on her characters. They were priceless. The humor is, once again, unmatched. Flawless execution of mysterious boyfriend who’s supposed to be a figment of Kenzie’s imagination and his story!!😍 
Swoony-worthy display of true gentlemanly manors, exciting and interesting strangers-to-friends-to-more plot-line, and a very admirable job done with completing the journey, effectively leaving me wanting more!🥹

Kenzie 🗺️📸🌺 — I don’t know if it’s just me, but I adored Kenzie Reed and her passion for nature. I completely fit right into her point of view when she talked about the beauty of the landscape and especially her snorkeling and surfing experiences!! I’m not a photographer, but I really liked how Becky Dean had that as the premise of her story. 

Jacob 🌴🏄🕶️ — heheheheheheh. I like him. A lot. I’ll admit, I was nottt sure how I was gonna handle his man-bun, depending on how much Dean described it or mentioned it. Maybe that’s just me🤷‍♀️ But if I just ignored it on the front cover, I was good! Honestly, I think his beachy-long blonde hair fit and perfectly was NOT hippie-style. Anyhoo his character was wonderfully drawn up and I enjoyed every minute. The way he backed Kenzie all the time, but didn’t let her give in or slack off, was amazing. 👌🏻 

And I won’t even begin with the rest of them because they were all done really well. Just read the book! I will say I was not a fan of the parents and found myself wishing I could jump into the book, knock sense into them on Kenzie’s behalf, and get out. Oh well.🤦‍♀️

Apparently this is my idea of a quick review. Oops. Anyhoo, PLS GO PICK UP ONNEEE OF HER BOOKS, AND U WILL NOT STOP UNTIL YOU HAVE DEVOURED EACH ONE. Enjoy! 😇

Of course the content is all extremely clean. Only a bit of kissing, not described much at all, and no language (except for freaking). I’m so happy I’ve found a great author who is clean!! 🧼
